Tiramisu

I am making this because it is fun. Plus I want to go to Italy.

Total Time 24hr and 45min

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups mascarpone, or cream cheese (340gr)

  • 8 oz (237ml) espresso

  • 3 oz (85gr) cocoa

  • 1 cup Irish cream liquor

  • 36 ladyfingers (can be made, or store bought) number can change because of how big your tin is

  • Any shallow casserole

  • 3/4 cup (150gr) powder sugar, or caster sugar

  • Heavy cream

  • 1/2 tablespoon vinila

 

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl add mascarpone, vinila, heavy cream, and mix until smooth

  2. In a bowl add the liquor and espresso, and mix

  3. Dip half of the ladyfingers into the liquor mixture, and put them onto the tin for a bottom layer

  4. Smooth the mascarpone onto the ladyfingers

  5. Shake the cocoa onto the Tiramisu

  6. Dip the rest of the ladyfingers into the liquor mixture, and put them on the Tiramisu for a top layer

  7. Do directions 4 and 5

  8. Chill for 24hrs
